Truly, A Question For the Ages…

So I was looking through my Mint statistics today — as I do obsessively when bored — and discovered this (second row from the bottom):

Lex vs. Mint

Lex vs. Mint

Obviously, Google didn’t know. So what do you think, dear readers. Was it because:

  • He was really, really hungry;
  • So you can’t have any!;
  • They’re orange cakes and he needs more fuel for his time machine;
  • The Injustice League is having a bake sale;
  • FOR SCIENCE!; or
  • Other (please elaborate in comments).

(Fun fact: Most of the images from the Superdictionary are, in fact, from actual comics. The scary implication of this is that at some point in the Silver Age Luthor really did have a plot that involved the theft of baked goods. Why? Who knows why anyone did anything in the Silver Age. I mean, seriously…)
